Oil changes are the easiest things to do on your own. You’ll need to check the type and amount of oil you need, locate the oil filter and drain it, tighten the drain plug, change the oil filter and add in the new oil.

Spark plugs usually last around 65,000 km but you can easily replace them. Find your spark plugs in your vehicle and remove them using some elbow grease and a handy ratchet. Afterwards, you’re ready to install your new plugs by doing using a torque wrench to make sure the plug is tightened properly.
